A step by step guide to the service we offer and our process.

Quote

Send an OS site plan or Google Earth image with a line surrounding the site or building that you require surveying.

Indicate any specific requirements not covered by our specification of service.

With over 30 years of experience, we frequently pick up additional relevant and useful information once on site. We have a reputation for going that extra mile.

We will offer a free, no obligation, site specific quote.

Site Survey

We will visit your project site and undertake the site survey using GPS, Robotic Total Station and Laser Technology.

Our survey will include everything covered by our specification of service and any other special requirements you have requested. For example the position and roof levels of neighbouring buildings overlooking the site.

We cover the whole of the UK from our centrally located base in Derby.

CAD Survey Drawing

We will supply you with a 2D or 3D AutoCAD drawing of your site or building.

We will also supply your survey drawing in PDF format for ease of use.
